Discover how one weekend can help you become your true self
“Letting Go of What Has You” is a single weekend workshop that is designed to help you release the emotional ties that hold you back from becoming your true self. As adults, our histories have caused most of us to build many layers of emotional, physical, and mental blocks that keep us from knowing the truth about who we are, and what we can really accomplish in our lives. Releasing these blocks means the difference between being in charge of your life or having the hidden parts of yourself in charge. The “Letting Go” workshop will not only bring these blocks to consciousness, but will also, enhance your self esteem so that you may become more effective in your life, as a person, and in the many roles that you may have; as parent, spouse, friend, employee, boss, teacher, and more. As we build our own self-esteem, we also enhance the self esteem of those around us.
The “Letting Go of What Has You” workshop combines didactic presentations with experiential processes that explore the issues related to our personal relationships. The unhealthy learned behaviors of our mothers and fathers will be illustrated, and experiential processes will be used to help us heal and create a healthier relationship with ourselves, our children, our parents, and others that are important in our lives. Uncovering and discovering our issues will allow us to clear up our relationships and place us on a path to a healthy life.
